Biography

She attended Paul Klee High School in Genoa and moved toward the world of painting and design. She continued her studies at the IED (International European Design) in Milan graduating in photography in 2015. Her photographic work focuses on 'storytelling' about the women and their intimate-stories using photography as a basis and then applying various techniques and media such as writing, painting and drawing. She is attracted to everything that is history or that it could become, from simple things, from small out-of-town little malls, from the smell of rain when it stops descending, from closed drawers of strangers, from questions to which it will not stop Never find a different answer.
This project is a series of work that i did during 2016 and 2017. This photos comes from my thinking about how little the figure of woman is really appreciated, despite the changes in the aesthetic values through the centuries.

Project

This project is a series of work that I did during 2016 and 2017. This photos comes from my thinking about how little the figure of woman is really appreciated, despite the changes in the aesthetic values through the centuries.
For this reason I wanted to make a work expressing my view about it. These images show the real strength of showing what you really are forgetting what you look like . We are the result of our past experience. Weakness may turn into strength and the scars may become the guidelines in a woman’s life and not always a fault. There isn’t a sculpture without fissures and there isn’t a woman without inner and outer stretch marks.. I wanted to accompany all this with poetry and the brushstroke that is like a caress of the soul.
